NOTICE OF ELECTION AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The NDG Minor Hockey Association will hold its Annual General Meeting and Elections on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at 7:00 pm.

- 2nd Vice-President (2 years)
- Secretary (2 years)

- Director of Tournaments / Special Events
- Director Fundraising
Eligibility for these positions
Any adult in good standing of the NDG Minor Hockey Association or any adult in good standing of the Hurricanes de Montreal (registered with NDG Minor Hockey) living in the area of the NDG Minor Hockey Association is eligible. Members are adults that are members of one of these associations or have a child registered in one of these associations during the 2024-2025 season or has acted as a volunteer for one of these associations and are in good standing with the associations.
Nomination procedure
Nomination form: Process: members wishing to support a candidate must send their duly signed form directly to the following email address: info@ndghockey.com . All the candidacies received will be submitted to the president of the electoral committee by email before the annual general meeting. Nomination forms must be received no later than June 15, 2025.
